SMart Wind Limited, on behalf of the joint applicants Heron Wind Limited, Njord Limited and Vi Aura Limited has submitted its first written response in support of the Hornsea Offshore Wind Farm Project One Application to the Planning Inspectorate.
The Response was submitted on 20 January 2014 as prescribed by the Planning Inspectorate’s Rule 8 letter and included, amongst other things:
• A Written Representation in support of the Application;
• Responses to the Planning Inspectorate’s first written questions;
• Responses to the Relevant Representations received in respect of the Application; and
• Statements of Common Ground with certain stakeholders.
20 January 2014 was also the final deadline for receipt by the Planning Inspectorate of Written Representations by all other interested parties to the Application, together with Local Impact Reports from the local authorities stating their consideration of the impact the proposed development would have on the area.
