Osiris Marine Services, one of the UK’s leading subsea engineering and commercial diving companies has invested £380k in new bespoke equipment that will launch the business into the next stage of their growth plans.

Osiris Marine Services commissioned the build of a bespoke LARS system, designed to specific requirements; the launch recovery system comes in at £150k. Osiris also invested in a new Dive spread, comprising a recompression chamber worth £114k and dive control which was £96k. The firm are also investing £20k into new equipment that is being developed on site at their new Head Office.

The new equipment means Osiris Marine Services can work on projects that are further offshore, and most importantly on more demanding projects off DP Vessels(dynamically positioned) which. DP Vessels are designed to remain stable in more challenging offshore environments.

Aiden West , Managing Director of Osiris Marine Services said:

“ This investment will allow Osiris Marine Services to take on more complex, environmentally challenging projects and investing in technology is key to meeting the challenges of larger projects. We are now planning to grow and expand the business; the equipment investment and new Head office really do demonstrate our dedication to the Offshore Wind Farm industry. ”

The investment follows the recent announcement of Osiris Marine Services invest £200,000 into new head quarters at Crossings Business Park in Skipton, North Yorkshire following an impressive period of company and equipment base growth over the past 18 months.
