The decision by Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI) to select Aveva’s marine products for the design and production of ships and offshore projects is expected to have strong positive effects in the Middle East, said Louay Dahmash, Regional Director, Middle East, Aveva. The contract, worth in excess of $12.5 million, includes implementation of the current Aveva marine products with licenses for more than 1,000 designers.
