Crucial fishing talks for Scottish fleet to be held

Crucial fisheries talks for the Scottish fleet are to get under way in Brussels. EU ministers will discuss technical measures to govern fishing effort in 2010, amid calls for a re-think on discards – where fish are thrown back.
