Seadrill announced that Alf C Thorkildsen, Chief Executive Officer of Seadrill Management AS, will address attendees at the Barclays Capital 2010 CEO Energy- Power Conference in New York.

Mr Thorkildsen is scheduled to present at Thursday September 16, 2010, at 8.25 a.m. New York time.

The presentation will be publically accessible through the Company’s web site.
