Ulstein, Kleven and Furene Ink Recruiting Agreement

“Ripple Effects” is a recruitment strategy organized by NHO (Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise). The goal is to get people, who for various reasons have fallen outside working life, into ordinary jobs again. Through surveys conducted by rehabilitation enterprises, member companies in NHO will receive new, hand-picked employees.

Tore Ulstein, deputy CEO of Ulstein Group and President of NHO, comments on the agreement: “There is so much good in every human being. Experience shows that many of those who falls outside their working life can re-enter into ordinary work if given a second chance and good preparation. In this project different actors work together in new ways to get more people back to work. This agreement formalises a new way to collaborate, which will be fruitful to the parties involved.
