Trinidad LNG Cargo Heads for Argentina

Argentina’s Bahía Blanca GasPort, is due to receive a liquefied natural gas cargo from Trinidad and Tobago on July 8, according to shipping data.

The cargo is being hauled by the 165,000 m3 Maersk Methane, which departed from the Point Fortin terminal on Saturday.

The Bahía Blanca GasPort is South America’s first-ever LNG receiving facility and the world’s second dockside regasification facility.
