The drilling contractor on Monday said the midwater semisubmersible Transocean 712 was awarded a 13-well contract with ConocoPhillips.

Expected to last around 580 days, the contract is scheduled to begin in March in the U.K. North Sea.

The estimated firm contract backlog is approximately $75 million. Additionally, the contract includes a one-well option.

According to Transocean’s latest fleet status report, issued in April, the Transocean 712 last worked for Fairfield Energy in the North Sea, between  April 2017, and  June 2018.
