Statoil extends EMGS survey contract

Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA (EMGS) has received a supplement contract from Statoil for a survey offshore Norway.

The deal, worth approximately $1.0 million, is for multi-client 3D EM data acquisition in the Norwegian Sea.

EMGS expects to start the survey soon, after completing the survey for Statoil announced on 2 June 2014 in the same area, using the vessel Atlantic Guardian.
