South Korea: Hyundai Mipo Hands Over Product Tanker STI Topaz

Scorpio Tankers Inc. has taken delivery of the 52,000 DWT product tanker STI Topaz, the vessel was built by Hyundai Mipo Dockyard (HMD), South Korea. STI Topaz is the second of ten vessels scheduled for delivery under the Company’s Newbuilding program.

The brand new propulsion technology was incorporated in the project including the ‘B’ type ultra-long stroke electronically controlled main engine.
