South Hook awaits more Qatari LNG

The UK’s South Hook import terminal will get another cargo of LNG from Qatar on September 12, port data reveals.

Cargo is being shipped to the facility that can process 15.6 million tonnes of LNG a year onboard the 266,000 cbm Al Mafyar. This will be the second shipment from Ras Laffan to South Hook in the month of September.

Qatar Petroleum owns 67.5 per cent of South Hook LNG Terminal Co, Exxon Mobil 24.15 percent and Total owns the rest.
