Solstad Offshore on Friday said it had secured multiple new medium-term contracts in West Africa.

Letter of agreements have been signed with unnamed clients for seven PSVs, all with start dates in Q4 2021 / Q1 2022.

The total firm duration of the contracts is approximately 1,000 vessel days with options to extend the contracts further. Solstad has not revealed which vessels will be used for these contracts.

Solstad has also recently sold one vessel to a new owner, secured an extension for another, and sold one other vessel for recycling.

Back in July 2021, the vessel owner secured another 1,000 vessel days following multiple new medium-term contracts and contract extensions for its vessels.
