SeaBird Board Member Resigns

SeaBird Exploration has received resignation letter of Heidar Engebret as the member of the board.

The nomination committee recommended Ståle Rodahl to replace Engebret.

The board intends to call for an extraordinary general meeting in the near future to propose that Rodahl to be elected as a board member.

Rodahl will act as an observer to the board of directors until the EGM election.
