Portugal’s Sines LNG terminal to get Nigerian cargo

REN-operated Sines LNG import terminal in Portugal is scheduled to receive a cargo of the chilled fuel from Nigeria this week, according to the shipping data by the Port of Sines.

The cargo will be delivered from Nigeria LNG’s Bonny Island liquefaction plant onboard the 137,300-cbm LNG Sokoto.

LNG Sokoto is expected to arrive at Sines on Thursday, the port data said.

The LNG carrier was on Tuesday sailing in North Atlantic, offshore Western Sahara, its AIS data showed.
