Perry Symons has been named as Chief Operating Officer with the responsibility to oversee OMM’s international offshore projects, and coordinate service development at strategic level.

Phae Pritchard has been appointed as Operations and Maintenance Manager and will be responsible for current and future OMM projects.

Rob Grimmond, Managing Director of OMM said: “Our dedicated workforce will benefit greatly from the diverse experience, and knowledge of the offshore industry, of our new team members. As the industry changes, OMM must be responsive to shifting market conditions, and to continue in developing the range of services which we offer in order that we maintain service quality, and our strong market position.”

To remind, OMM was awarded a contract in 2015 to deliver cable consultancy services for the Wave Hub wave energy test site.

Under the contract, OMM also agreed to provide assistance to developers at the site by identifying solutions to reduce the costs and risks associated with their cabling work.
