Norway: DNV GL Names New Group Chief Technology Officer

Lutz Wittenberg has been appointed the new Group Chief Technology Officer at DNV GL. In his new role, Lutz Wittenberg will be responsible for group-wide technology developments and report directly to Group CEO Henrik Madsen. In addition, he has become a member of the DNV GL executive committee.

Lutz Wittenberg has significant industry and management experience at legacy GL, and comes from the role of Director of Technology, Services and R&D for DNV GL -Oil & Gas. He is succeeding Elisabeth Tørstad, who has been appointed CEO of DNV GL – Oil & Gas.
