The spot charter deal is for a duration of one to three months, Kjell Gauksheim, managing director of Nortrans said.

The 86 metres long Prince Jameson I joined Nortrans fleet in 2017.

The Nigerian-flagged vessel comes with a 100t AHC crane and can also accommodate 100 persons on board.

Nortrans has not disclosed the financial details surrounding the deal.

In addition, the company also won a flotel contract with Noble Energy for the Alen Gas field development in Equatorial Guinea.

After completing the Leviathan project in January 2020, Noble once again picked the DP3 flotel Temis.

The vessel will support Noble’s hook up and commissioning project commencing Q3 this year.
