MRC makes new Board appointments

Marine Renewables Canada (MRC) has appointed four new members to its Board of Directors.

The new directors bring experience in the marine renewable energy industry and perspectives that will add to the national leadership of the association, according to MRC.

The new members of the MRC Board of Directors are Tim Brownlow, Director of Industry Relations at Atlantic Towing, Troy Garnett, Director of Business Development at Aecon Group, Marius Lengkeek, owner at Lengkeek Vessel Engineering, and Sue Molloy, General Manager and President of Black Rock Tidal Power.

The newly appointed directors will officially start their term on January 1, 2016.

Marine Renewables Canada is the country’s wave, tidal, and river current energy association representing technology and project developers, utilities, researchers, and the energy and marine supply chain.
