Malin Group secures contract for Deep Green tidal project

Marine solutions provider Malin Group has been awarded a turnkey contract by Minesto AB to provide concept, design, fabrication and delivery of an offshore support platform for the Deep Green 500 tidal generator project at Holyhead Deep, off the coast of Anglesey, North Wales.

The offshore unit will provide the support platform for a Micro Grid System connected by a subsea umbilical to the tidal generator.
