European Marine Energy Centre EMEC is looking for a Project Administration Officer to provide administrative support to the company.

The Project Administration Officer should have a good understanding of office systems and procedures, be IT literate and have sound knowledge of MS office packages, excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.

The Project Administration Officer will assist with travel booking, track project costs and process timesheets, gather financial evidence for project claims, maintain the contracts, agreements and supplier register and keep up to date records in line with EMEC procurement procedures, ensuring efficient financial management within the company.

Based in Orkney, this post is to cover maternity leave and can be full-time or part-time, with flexible hours.
