Iran to supply Oman with gas

Iran will supply 20 mcm/d of gas to Oman as per the recent agreement reached between the two countries. 

As Times of Oman reports, Tehran and Muscat will need 2.5 to 3 years to complete the required infrastructure. It is also reported that NIGC is looking at different aspects of the issue including shipment routes.

This agreement on the gas pricing is a breakthrough that may see Iran supply Oman’s LNG units with gas in the near future.
