Image of the Day: Overseas Laura Lynn Refreshed

Overseas Laura Lynn, one of the four largest supertankers of the world, has completed her routine maintenance work at Drydocks World shipyard.

This was the second time that Overseas Laura Lynn visited the yard. The scope of her maintenance work included main engine overhaul, boiler cleaning, cargo & ballast valves overhaul, pipe renewal, and cooler & heaters overhaul.

The vessel, previously known as Ti Oceania and subsequently renamed Overseas Laura Lynn, was docked for the first time during 2008 at Drydocks World – Dubai shipyard.

She is weighing approximately 442,000 tonnes and has an immense capacity of loaded crude oil reaching 3,000,000 barrels.
