Arctic Sea anchored off Gibraltar

According to Russian prosecutors the controversial cargo ship Arctic Sea is anchored off Gibraltar. They dismiss earlier information alleging the ship was under escort to Algeria by the Russian frigate Ladny. The Arctic Sea has been anchored off Gibraltar for more than a week, according to Ria Novosti quoting a senior Russian official.
