Offshore Energy extends participation deadline due to success

The approaching deadline for Offshore Energy 2010 has created an enormous amount of interest for the last available booths. Offshore Energy 2010, Exhibition & Conference takes place on 7 October 2010 in Den Helder, The Netherlands. The exhibition which started in 2008 with 75 participants, will be held for the third time. The Conference is added to the program as a new item this year. We expect more than 300 delegates during the nine sessions of ‘Opportunities in Offshore Energy’.

At the moment there are more than 175 exhibitors who have already booked their space. In 2009 halls 60E and 60F and a tent on the outdoor area were in use for Offshore Energy to host the 117 exhibitors. Two months ago, in early July, Navingo decided to increase the exhibition floor with a new hall, hall 66, the former Navy’s masthouse on Willemsoord. The tent which was in use during 2009, was substituted by this, much bigger, hall. The addition hall 66 made Offshore Energy already then the biggest event ever held in The Netherlands.

More booth space in need
Now, at the end of August and near the original deadline of 1 September, there is still a large amount of interest in participation. In order not to disappoint perspective exhibitors we provide extra booth space. Navingo is setting up an exhibition tent between halls 60F and 66. This results in an increase of exhibition space that allows 30 exhibitors. The total indoor exhibition space is more than 6,000sqm. Because of this increase Navingo decided to set a new deadline for booking on Monday 13 September.
