Havyard selects new CFO

Norway’s Havyard Group has appointed Karl Eirik Frøysa Hansen as new CFO effective from January 1, 2015.

Hansen comes from the position as Chief Accounting Officer in the company. He holds an MSc in Auditing from Norwegian School of Economics(NHH).

Hansen is a State Authorised Public Accountant, and has worked in EY and BDO prior to joining Havyard Group ASA in 2012.

According to Havyard, the company’s former CFO Idar Fuglseth will continue in Havyard as a Senior Advisor on part-time basis.

Havyard Group is a Ship Technology company that delivers products and services from vessel design to support of vessels in operation.
