GTT to deliver LNG tanks for GasLog newbuild

French LNG containment systems specialist, GTT, booked an order to supply its Mark III Flex LNG containment system for a GasLog newbuild. 

The order was placed by the South Korean shipyard, Samsung Heavy Industries, that is currently building the vessel with a 180,000 cubic meters capacity.

The vessel is scheduled for delivery in the third quarter of 2020, the company’s statement reads.

The company has recently also booked a similar order with the Hyundai Heavy Industries for a 174,000-cbm LNG carrier for Thenamaris.
