Global Marine Systems Announces Seatronics as New Distributor for its ‘Predator’ ROV (UK)

 

Global Marine Systems has announced that Seatronics, a supplier of electronic subsea equipment to the hydrographic, environmental, geophysical, metocean, ROV and diving industries will distribute its 300m rated Inspection Class ROV system „Predator‟.

Based in Scotland, Seatronics is the latest in a line of international distributors for Global Marine‟s state-of-the art, portable ROV and it will rent the Predator out to customers in the UAE, Gulf of Mexico, Norway & Brazil.

“Expanding the Predator‟s ROV in these strategic locations is the next step in expanding our global reach and advancing our position as the leading player in the subsea robotics industry,” explained Ray Ward, business development manager, Subsea Services, Global Marine Systems. “We are pleased to be partnering with Seatronics, a world-leading equipment rental company which is highly-regarded in the industry for excellent after sales and technical support”.

Global Marine‟s 300m rated Inspection Class ROV system „Predator‟ is designed and manufactured at its Portland facility in Dorset UK. A state-of-the art, portable system, built using cutting-edge technology, „The Predator‟ was developed to meet the ever demanding markets for rugged and reliable underwater viewing and survey systems.
