Alpha Gas announced the delivery of the 174,000 cubic meter LNG carrier on January 23, 2024. The vessel was launched in the summer of 2023.

Energy Endurance is the second XDF LNG carrier to join the company’s fleet, from a series of three to be delivered by HSHI within 2023-2024.

The first LNG carrier propelled with XDF engines, Energy Fidelity, was delivered to Alpha Gas in April 2023 and immediately began her first employment – a medium-term charter with “a world-class Far East-based charterer”.

The third vessel in this series, Energy Fortitude, was launched in South Korea on July 26, 2023. It is slated for delivery from the yard in the first quarter of 2024.

With the latest delivery, Alpha Gas now operates a fleet of seven LNG carriers. The units feature different engines, including TFDE, MEGI, and XDF.
