EMEC seeks Systems Developer

The European Marine Energy Centre (EMEC) is looking for Systems Developer to support the development of ocean energy assessment processes.

The position forms part of a knowledge transfer partnership (KTP) between the University of Strathclyde and EMEC, supported by the Innovate UK.

The main objective of the position will be the development of processes and tools which form an integrated evaluation and development pathway for wave and tidal companies, contributing to technical and commercial de-risking of technology development and ensuring a more efficient and focused route to market.

The successful candidate will be employed by Strathclyde University and based at EMEC in Orkney.

The closing date for applications is set for August 2, 2016.
