DOF wins two-year deal for Skandi Aukra platform supplier

Norwegian offshore vessel owner DOF has been awarded a charter contract for one of its platform supply vessels (PSVs).

DOF said on Friday that the company won a two-year firm contract with Asco Marine for the Skandi Aukra PSV.

According to the company, the contract for the platform supplier is set to begin in December 2018.

It is worth noting that the vessel previously won a contract with Asco Marine back in January 2017. This contract award was also for two years firm with options.

The 2012-built Skandi Aukra PSV is DNV classified, 87.9 meters long, 19 meters wide with accommodation for 26 people and 4,573 tonnes deadweight.
