Offshore supply vessel operator Deep Sea Supply has been awarded time charter contracts for two platform supply vessels.

According to its Oslo Stock Exchange filing on Thursday, the company has been awarded time charter contracts for the PSVs Sea Supra and Sea Swan for operations in South-East Asia.

Each vessel has been contracted for two wells firm plus options with an expected duration of at least 255 days not including options. The contracts will start in late May.

Both  vessels are of an Ulstein PX 105 design delivered in 2014 from the Sinopacific shipyard.

This type of vessel has a 4.700 dwt and 1000m2 deck area, clean design, diesel electric propulsion, and the X-bow design.

With merger plans approved by the companies’ respective boards in late March, the merger is expected to be completed during the first half of this year.
