Dayang said in a Bursa Malaysia filing on Monday that the contract was awarded to one of the company’s wholly-owned subsidiaries.

According to the company, the contracts are for a period of four years, effective from January 1, 2020, and will expire on December 31, 2023. The company has not revealed any further details about the contract.

The last time Offshore Energy Today reported on a contract for Dayang was in late May 2019.

At the time, Dayang was awarded a four-year contract by Australia’s Roc Oil for the provision of services on the company’s Sarawak drilling campaign.

The contract was for the provision of procurement, construction, installation, hook-up, and commissioning services for Roc Oil Siprod/infill drilling campaign from 2019 until 2023.
