Damen Signs Contract to Build Stan Patrol 2606 Boat at Astinave Yard in Ecuador

At the end of September Damen has signed a contract to start building a Stan Patrol 2606 at Astinave yard in Ecuador. This project is the next step in the successful cooperation between Astinave and Damen.

In recent years Damen delivered a Stan Tug 1405, a Stan Tug 1606, two CSD’s 450 and two CSD’s 500. The Spa 2606 will be built locally by Astinave with the help of a complete, prefabricated shipbuilding kit under supervision of DTC. End user will be the Ecuadorian Coastguard, the Cuerpo de Guardacostas.
