On this occasion, a protocol of cooperation between Rotterdam and Constanta harbors was signed, both ministers emphasizing the importance of developing and improving the cooperation between our countries in the field of transports and infrastructure.

Apart from the two ministers, the ceremony was attended by representatives of the Dutch Royal Navy led by vice-admiral Matthieu Borsboom and general major Mel de Zeeuw but also from the Romanian Navy represented by vice-admiral Aurel Popa and general Catalin Moraru.

An important presence was also Mrs. Tanya van Gool – Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Romania, one of the major supporters of our shipyard, who steadily promotes the potential Romanian – Dutch partnerships.
