China: CIC Changxing Shipyard Completes Repair of M.V. Oranda

Recently the repair of M.V. Oranda owned by a Taiwanese company was smoothly accomplished by CIC Changxing Shipyard. The working efficiency and excellent coordination skill of the yard has got high praise from the owners.

The main work scope was an intermediate survey including the machinery maintenance, the sandblasting & painting of hull and the regular docking repair. According to the owners’ strict requirement on repair, CIC business headquarters and CIC Changxing Shipyard paid high attention to this repair project, worked out a scientific schedule, and assigned a skillful working team to implement the repair task.

Although the rainy weather brought the difficulty to the hull sandblasting, with the joint effort from both parties, CIC Changxing Shipyard accomplished the repair project with good repair quality.
