Carimin Teams Up with MOS and PAI

Malaysia’s Carimin Engineering has entered into collaboration agreements (COA) with Makamin Offshore Saudi  Ltd. (MOS) and Petro Allied International (PAI).

Carimin Engineering has experience and expertise on Hook-up and commissioning (HUC), topside major maintenance (TMM), subsea services, marine vessels chartering and manpower supply services in the oil and gas platforms in Malaysia, whereas MOS and PAI have presence and have been predominantly focusing in business development of oil & gas opportunities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Middle East regions.

Carimin Engineering and both MOS and PAI want to combine resources and expertise to pursue selective opportunities involving potential projects, such as: HUC, topside, subsea services, marine vessel chartering and manpower supply services which are often executed simultaneously in projects in the Saudi Arabia, Middle East and the South East Asia region markets subject to the terms of the COA.

Carimin Engineering shall support MOS and PAI in the promotion and marketing of their services and capabilities to potential customers in the regions respectively for the following offshore and marine activities namely HUC, TMM, Subsea services including inspection, repair & maintenance; Chartering of marine vessels in particular Accommodation Workboat (AWB) and Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS), as well as the provision of manpower supply.

Carimin Engineering shall provide the full technical and operational expertise & support including project management expertise, experience, know-how and shall complement with the data, track record analysis, performances, information, resources and manpower in the related areas of discipline as mentioned above.

The parties agree to look strategically at the regions mentioned to build and develop strong relationship with other Offshore Oil and Gas Service Providers for the benefit of expanding and developing the Oil & Gas business activities including the following:

– Offshore Pipeline Installation and Replacement;

– Engineering, Procurement, and Construction projects;

– Construction of Marine and Port Projects.

The COA shall take effect on April 30, 2015.
