PRIMaRE is setting up a marine energy conference in the Welsh capital city, Cardiff, between the 3rd and 4th July 2019.

PRIMaRE (Partnership for Research in Marine Renewable Energy) is a network of marine renewable energy experts across higher education, research and industry centered in the south of the UK.

The conference includes universities, industry and research centres active in all aspects of marine renewable energy and is expected to attract over 100 participants ranging from industrial developers, university researchers, marine environmentalists and policy makers.

The aim of the event is to cover a wide range of topics in marine renewable energy, including: technology, policy, environment, hydrodynamics, resource characterisation, materials, operation and management, etc.

The 6th PRIMaRE conference will provide a platform for both industrial and university speakers to present their up to date activities and on-going research programmes through posters. Facilities for exhibitors and posters will be available to allow the community to interact, learn and network.
