BBRD hires Dov Weinstein accounting firm

Business & Finance

Blackbird International Corporation (BBRD) has hired Dov Weinstein in an effort to seize the many opportunities the growing renewables energy market offers.

BBRD is the sole shareholder of Wave Electricity Renewal Power Ocean Ltd (WERPO), an Israeli wave energy developer.

Dov Weinstein is an accountant with years of experience operating his own certified public accounting firm since 1988, under the name Dov Weinstein & Co.

Weinstein will be tasked with providing BBRD with services so that accurate and informed business, taxation, and financial decisions can be made.

“WERPO believes that the key to a successful business model is to first acquire the proper tools and trustworthy professionals to help the startup run efficiently and responsibly. This is especially important to stockholders and investors, as they must rely on the most precise information available. Since BBRD’s stock is currently undervalued, Mr. Weinstein’s services will help boost share value,” BBRD’s press release reads.

As reported earlier, WERPO has signed agreements for the construction of wave energy power plants off Sri Lanka, Ghana and Guinea-Bissau.

In addition to that, the company is in co-operation talks with an unnamed Chinese electrical supplier for the construction of ocean energy project, as well as being in negotiations with Grenada and the Caribbean region for the deployment of its wave energy technology.

WERPO has developed wave energy technology based on the utilization of sea waves’ rise and fall to yield hydraulic pressure that produces electricity, exploiting the potential of wave speed, height, depth and currents beneath the surface of the water.
