An ongoing fight to pull the plug on two liquefied natural gas (LNG) export projects at the Port of Brownsville, Texas seems to have yielded a partial win for climate activists, as a U.S. court has axed the previous authorizations and passed the baton back to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).
