ARCADIS net revenues increase 7 percent in 2014

ARCADIS has achieved annual gross revenues growth of 5 percent, with the net revenues increase of 7 percent.

In the fourth quarter the company generated gross revenues of EUR 808 mln. The acquisitions company made contributed 21 percent to the total of 26 percent increase when compared to the Q4 2013.

Gross revenues for the full year amount to EUR 2.635 mln, an increase of 5 percent when compared to 2013.

Reported EBITA for the full year increased 4 percent to EUR 174 mln. Full year net income from operations amount to EUR 123.6 mln, what represents an increase of 11 percent from the year before.

The overall backlog has increased by 41 percent.

The acquisitions of Hyder Consulting and Callison and various smaller transactions completed during the year in review contributed to revenue growth for the year.

ARCADIS CEO Neil McArthur said: “The positive development of revenues, margin, cash flow and backlog indicate that we are on track with implementing our strategy. 2014 was a year of investment in sustainable growth. With our strong market positions, strategic progress, recent acquisitions, and record backlog, we expect 2015 revenues and profit to increase significantly.”
