Aquabotix Appoints New Company Secretary

UUV Aquabotix has informed that Anand Sundaraj has resigned as company secretary effective January 25, 2019.

Aquabotix has appointed Jonathan Swain to replace Sundaraj as company secretary.

Swain is a qualified  lawyer with over 20 years’ experience and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.

“The company thanks Sundaraj for his service as company secretary,” Aquabotix said.
