AFS Transport Gets AEO Status (The Netherlands)

Today both, AFS Transport (Rotterdam) BV & AFS Transport (Airfreight) BV, obtained the AEO status.

The AEO certificate was handed over by Dutch customs AEO means Authorized Economic Operator and in order to obtain the status, the company needs to meet the following standards:

– To be a solvent company

– To screen the personnel

– To take care about the education of the personnel

– To have a secure IT system in place

– To have your warehouses safe and secure

– To work only with AAA-class suppliers

Having the status AEO status means that the company has preference over non AEO companies for customsclearances (means quicker clearance for AFS customers).

This is another milestone for AFS to keep on serving at a high level of quality as requested by their customers.

AFS Transport is a project freight forwarder mainly focusing on:

2) Mining industry
