Pieter Heerema

President

Pieter Heerema is President and Chief Executive of the Allseas Group. He succeeded his father and company founder, Edward Heerema, in September 2022 after more than a decade as Vice President Projects and member of the board. As Vice President, Pieter oversaw the preparation and execution of global projects, including engineering, production and safety. Pieter joined Allseas as a Pipeline Engineer in 2011 having previously worked for Philips Electronics in the Netherlands as Product Developer and Project Manager (2007-2010). Pieter is also IRO board member. He holds MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology (2006) and an MBA from INSEAD (2011).
