Polskie LNG loads 6,000th tank truck at Świnoujście

The 6,000th LNG tank truck has left Polskie LNG’s President Lech Kaczyński terminal in Świnoujście.

According to Polskie LNG’s statement via social media, as much as 230 thousand cbm of liquefied natural gas has been loaded on trucks in the Polish facility.

It is also worth reminding that the company received the 76th cargo delivery on December 6. The cargo arrived at the Lech Kaczyński terminal onboard the Q-Flex LNG carrier Al Khattiya capable of transporting 210,000 cubic meters of the chilled fuel.

The Polish LNG terminal in Świnoujście is the country’s flagship project to diversify gas supplies and reduce dependence on pipeline imports from Russia.

Polish Oil and Gas Company (PGNiG) is in charge of all the LNG supplies coming to the import terminal operated by Gaz-System’s unit Polskie LNG.
