Polish LNG terminal operator, Polskie LNG, said via social media that the 75th cargo delivery came to the facility onboard the 161,870-cbm liquefied natural gas (LNG) tanker Maran Gas Posidonia.

Polskie LNG stated that this was the 28th delivery this year and the fourth delivery to the facility this month, a record for the facility.

The Polish LNG terminal in Świnoujście is the country’s flagship project to diversify gas supplies and reduce dependence on pipeline imports from Russia.

Polish Oil and Gas Company (PGNiG) is in charge of all the LNG supplies coming to the import terminal operated by Gaz-System’s unit Polskie LNG.

To remind, the 74th delivery to Świnoujście arrived last Wednesday, November 20, onboard the 173,400-cbm LNG tanker Patris.
