Citing sources, Reuters reports the cargo is set for July delivery either on a delivery ex-ship (DES) or a free-on-board (FOB) basis.

The cargo is set to be loaded at the facility in a July 6-7 window with potential deliveries to Japan or Taiwan from July 15 to July 22. It could also be delivered to South Korea or China in a July 16-23 window, while Indian customers could receive the cargo on July 20.

Bids for the single delivery are set to be submitted by June 20 and to be valid until June 22.
