Petronet’s Dahej LNG import terminal on India’s west coast received a cargo of LNG from Qatar.

The 138,700 cbm Raahi LNG tanker arrived in Dahej on Wednesday. It is currently docked at India’s largest LNG terminal, shipping data says.

Petronet LNG has recently given a green light for the expansion of Dahej terminal’s capacity to 17.5 million tonnes per annum.

The company is already working on expanding Dahej’s capacity from 10 mtpa to 15 mtpa. Expansion works at the terminal are expected to be complete by November, 2016.
