Bilbao terminal to receive LNG cargo

Spain’s Bilbao import terminal is expected to receive a shipment of LNG from Nigeria this week, according to shipping data.

The cargo is being carried by the LNG Bayelsa, with a capacity of 137,500 cubic metres, and it is due to arrive at the terminal on May 7.

Bilbao terminal facilities have a storage capacity of 300,000 m3 of LNG, and a production rate of 800,000 Nm3/h. The terminal was commissioned in 2003.
