GTT nets LNG order from DSME

GTT of France said it has secured an order for four large LNGCs to be built by the Korean shipbuilder Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering.

These four LNGCs for Maran Gas are expected to be delivered between 2017 and 2019 and will be built with the NO96-GW technology, which allows an optimized boil-off rate of cargo LNG, GTT said in a statement

“We are very pleased that these new buildings for Maran Gas integrate GTT membrane technology. This order also reinforces our good relationship with DSME, a long term partner,” Philippe Berterottière, Chairman and CEO of GTT said.
