Peru dispatches LNG cargo to France

Vessels

Peru’s only export terminal sent the first cargo of 2015 to France.

The 173,400 cbm Sevilla Knutsen departed from Peru’s LNG plant on January 4, Perupetro reveals.

The destination of the cargo has not been revealed so it is unclear whether the LNG carrier will go to Fos Tonkin, Fos Cavaou or Montoir-de-Bretagne terminal.

This is the second ever cargo Peru sent to France after the first one was dispatched in November last year. The Pampa Melchorita plant sent 249 cargoes since its startup in June 2010.
